POESIE IN TRADUZIONE BULGARA
Alcune mie poesie sono uscite in traduzione bulgara (grazie alla traduttrice Наталия Димитрова e all’editor Dušan Gojkov) sul n° 57 del “Balkan Literary Herald” (potete trovarle qui da pag. 49).
Seguono sotto le versioni italiane e inglesi (trad. inglese mia).
Mentre ti penso,
fuori c’è una danza di fili d’erba.
Il treno è fermo in stazione,
ma loro si dimenano,
scossi da un fremito sincopato.
Al di sopra, una ringhiera metallica
separa questo punto
dal resto del mondo.
E magari anche noi
l’uno dall’altra.
A volte un gesto basta,
fa la differenza.
A volte è meglio di no.
Quel che conta è un’attesa paziente,
assecondando l’invisibile
suono del vento.
While I’m thinking of you,
outside there’s a dance of grass blades.
The train is still in the station,
yet they twist,
shaken by a syncopated tremor.
Above, a metal railing separates this spot
from the rest of the world.
And maybe us, too,
from one another.
Sometimes a gesture suffices.
Makes a difference.
Sometimes it’d better not.
What matters is a patient wait,
listening to the invisible
